Jen co-founded Thunderhawk on a conviction: workforce programs work best when clients and their people both thrive. Twenty-five years building commercial teams in workforce solutions makes her a leading voice on enterprise workforce strategy and the operating discipline that separates Tier 1 partners.
She owns Thunderhawk's client strategy and its people-first, inclusive culture, shaped by years spent in rooms where women were the leadership minority. Jen holds a BS from NMIMS Mumbai and completed Cornell's Executive Women in Leadership program. She lives in Mahwah, New Jersey.

Saurabh co-founded Thunderhawk to prove a mid-sized firm could deliver enterprise-scale workforce solutions with operating rigor and consultant care the bigger names had stopped investing in. Twenty-five years running global delivery taught him where the system breaks, and how to build one that doesn't.
At Thunderhawk he owns strategy, operating discipline, and the US + India dual-shore delivery engine that pairs senior partners with 24-hour surge capacity. Saurabh holds an MBA from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and lives in the Atlanta area.

At Thunderhawk, Mike owns the firm's technology, cybersecurity, data, and AI posture: the backbone that lets a lean firm clear enterprise and federal security review. A US Air Force veteran, he holds an MBA from Michigan's Ross School of Business and is based in Detroit.

Sixteen years building the financial infrastructure behind high-growth workforce solutions businesses, including enterprises supporting more than 15,000 employees. His work spans FP&A, pricing, billing operations, M&A diligence and integration, ERP consolidation, and shared-services design, turning fragmented finance processes into scalable systems.
At Thunderhawk, Kunal leads finance and accounting end to end, bringing the operating discipline behind the firm's client promise: strong financial controls, thoughtful pricing, reliable reporting, disciplined vendor governance, and a clear view of the economics that make workforce programs work. A licensed CPA, he holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance and Accounting from Harvard, Summa Cum Laude, and a BS with honors from Tulane. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
